Unfortunately, I had a very very bad experience with this Tesla dealership. I was dealing with one of the customer service representatives from the colma dealership who was at stonestown showing off Tesla's. I explained to them that I like fixing cars and that I do not want a car that cannot be fixed and I asked them simply hey, if I get a car can I fix it myself. The lady's response was well. No one uses Subarus anymore and those are stupid cars even though I told her that I valued that car a lot. Of you value reliability just get a Subaru, NEVER EVER had a problem with the customer service team and any Subaru dealership
I’m writing this review because my partner and I had such a phenomenal experience working with a specific team member here, Jean. We came in to test drive and weren’t strongly considering purchasing a Tesla before, but both ended up purchasing because we had such a positive experience. We took close to 3 hours test driving different models and Jean explained and advised us on all of the differences, pros, and cons with full transparency. She was so patient and knowledgeable. Amitesh was amazing hope everyone else has him through the pickup! Throughout the entire delivery pickup process we arrived early and he continued to check on us and made sure to update us on the status. He walked us to our vehicle and explained every single feature in detail. He made sure we understood everything about the car before leaving. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful!
