“Our repair man( Alex or Allen, I’m terrible with names) called us on day of repair to let us know he was on his way. Well within the time window given. He was friendly, and efficient. Fixed our refrigerator by replacing a fan. Made sure it was working properly and put things back the way they were. I called day of my original appointment only to find out that they could not make it out that day.The warranty service scheduled our first appointment without checking with the repair company. But, when I called they were able to schedule me within 2 days of original appointment.We are very happy with the service we received. From the people answering the phone call to the business to the repair man we received great service. No more rattle ?“
