Sareth (my assigned technician) came well within their scheduled time frame and inspected my washer. Within minutes was able to diagnose and address the problem.He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.Only complaint is the price for labor/time.(with 10% discount applied) price was $216They were only here from 8:38am - 9:10 (~30min) and tightened a bolt, and ran some diagnostics.The price should have been capped at the diagnostic price of $109 since there was no parts required for a fix and the time was minimal.No complaints with the technician, only with the pricingService: Washing machine repair
