There was an issue on the day that I signed up with Sev laser, and it involved an employee that is no longer employed by Sev, but on that day a duplicate loan was put through on PatientFi, a financing company that was recommended by Sev. That same employee also failed to provide a couple of credits and discounts at the time of signing up and the entire thing was aggravating. By the time I went into the rancho clinic, that employee was no longer employed and Delilah took over with the proceedings to get my duplicate loan refunded and later Teresa, the area manager, made sure I was offered rectifications. Mistakes happen but I’m very happy with the final outcome because of these wonderful women who represent Sev Laser.“
