The air duct cleaning service was decent. The technicians were polite and completed the job as expected, but the process took longer than I was told. I can't say I noticed a huge difference afterward, but everything was completed without any major issues.

Installed my Ac unit in June/2021 and I'm still waiting for them to get my sacramento county building permit even though I paid it already. I don't recommend this company if you want things right. They were quick to take my money and install it but failed to install it correctly and get me my permit which RPM said they would. Its been 5 years that I've attempted to reach out to RPM and all I get is well are to busy continue waiting. This is not ok! They even mentioned installing a light in attic due to new regulations and they have yet to come back. I don't recoment this company. I will have to see my options since they are now refusing or forgetting or simply to busy to come finish my AC!

From the the moment we reached out until buttoned up our HVAC system they sure 100% on time, professional and courteous and available as can be. We have four other family friends that have used them, which is how we heard about them, and they All said the exact same thing. Honestly, so if you are even considering buying or looking into buying or repairing your system do yourself a favor and save both time and money! Call them.

Our landlord hire them for HVAC Repair in Folsom. I wish I could remember the Tech’s name because he was absolutely amazing. Very professional and super friendly. It shouldn’t be this rare to get this type of service.
I would absolutely recommend RPM HVAC for any repairs!!
