Hired to remove dry rot wood frame around three windows and wood trim under a roof line on the 2nd story of my very old house. Quick, detailed and reasonable estimate. Job completed within a few days- precise cutting out old wood and replaced perfectly. No damage to adjoining stucco! Cleaned the entire area. Explained the work to me. The best experience I have ever had with working with a contractor. They came when they said they were going to, easy to communicate with and clear about pricing. I love my new bathroom which is a far cry from the dungeon it used to be . I highly recommend!

Nico Pro Construction did a fabulous job repairing and replacing my garage doors and front of my garage. They also replaced a support beam inside my garage. They were very professional and friendly. It was a fair price and they were conscientious and the work was done in an extremely timely manner. I would recommend Nico Pro Construction to anyone and everyone. I have an advertising sign on my front lawn. One of my neighbors saw the great job they did and has already hired them for a job she has.
