Great dentist office! The busy was busy and I was ready to be waiting a while to be called. I was called right at my appointment time! I had my x-rays done and a dental exam complete in under 30 minutes. Everyone was very knowledgeable and polite. The office is huge and very clean. The doctor is very personable and took the time to explain everything to me. He also recommended different toothpastes and mouthwashes that I can use to keep my teeth healthy. Highly recommend this office!
I was terrified to come to the dentist after over 8 years. But my dentist Dr. Jack made me feel safe, comfortable and did not make me feel like I should be ashamed at all. He gave me hope that we can fix my dental issues together. Im very happy Im finally taking care of myself. Even though I had to schedule a million appointments for all my issues, Edwin made it such an easy process and answered all my questions with such professionalism. All 4 of my kids, my cousin and her daughter all come to Make a Smile and Smile Time Dental. We love it here!
This was my first time here going. At first I was super anxious and my blood pressure was so high when it came to checking it. I have what’s called white coat syndrome. I went there with tooth pain to find out it is a root canal. Nothing was done for it but praying the next time I go back there and get more things done I will be more relaxed. Just wish they would have scheduled me to get a root canal done but I think that’s being done at another place. Over all they were nice to me just wish I wasn’t so nervous.
