“Nice dentist, and office. Very chill. Like the office ocean theme. Central location. It's a bummer that the office changed from being in-network with Delta Dental to being a "premiere" out of network for Delta as that's now created out of pocket costs for bi-annual cleanings/x-rays. Previously these costs were covered when their office was in-network. Don't really know why they changed from being in-network. (-1)Didn't like not being told the costs were adding up b/c wasn't notified on in-office cleaning visits a charge was due or that they no longer were in-network with Delta. Amounts kept adding up, statements were sent during this time, until finally they said there was a balance due. Those basic cleanings/xrays= extra costs for the family extra min $500/annual increase out of pocket we didn't have before so decisions have to be made.“
“I have been going to Dr Higgins for over 15 years now and although I live 45 minutes away these days, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Dr Higgins and staff have always treated me with delicate care and comfort. They listen to you and make every effort to get you seen and taken care of. They take time to explain to you their procedures, and the office is super comfortable with some rooms over looking nature! My toddler even enjoys when it’s dentist time. Dr Higgins practice really defines “family” dentistry as I feel like they are part of the family after all these years!“
