I love what Rich did for us! We had a dry rot issue in our bathroom, and didn't want to remodel. He was open to work with us on any decision that we made. We eventually remodeled the shower. We then also retiled the floor. Rich made it as painless as possible. He also was fast. I can't express just how much I loved his work, professionalism, & promptness.
