I have been trying to get my flu shot since February 2020 and it already October 2020 and they still haven't received the flu shot for there patients. When I called they would always respond. "We haven't receive the flu shots. Than again I don't know if we are giving it here at this Clinic. You can go else where to get your flu shot". Shut this Clinic down if you can't service the Active and Retired Military. Its almost 1 year and this Clinic haven't received the stocks of Flu shot. Something is wrong.

l had a scheduled appointment and somehow my provider got re assigned...something l have no control over...l told them how my appointment was for that clinic on that date and time and somehow they decided that they could not honor it....you guys are why veterans and active duty can't trust your s*** medical service!!! what a fucken waste of my time

This review is only for the vaccination I had in this facility. I checked in and went inside. I was looking for the clipboard sheet to sign in but none. So, I just sat down and wait. After 25 minutes of waiting I realized I need to sign in or else someone will be ahead of me. I stood up and went by the door to ask the male staff about the signing sheet. He said, I have to get a number. So I did but he could have told that earlier or there should have a sign that says get a number. The customer service was not good. The female staff saw us waiting and said that we were waiting for a long time and counted us. Maybe, she went to get help. Finally, the man called my number. He took me to the other room to be vaccinated. Why is that? I had no idea. First time to be in the other room(not in the vaccination room). It took me an hour before I had my vaccination. The customer service was not I was hoping for. It was not organized and I think the male staff who did the vaccination to me wasn't wearing gloves. (He forgot?) or maybe he thought I would not mind. That was a no,no. I have never experienced this before. I hope Tricare staff would wake up and improve their service.
