After the pandemic never got a call back.. went to the building to get appointment and was told they no longer had services.. no information was ever provided to patient. A disappointment.

Just called to get an appointment. I knew Dr Evans had an injury last year and so they hired a female OD but I just found out he passed away. So sad. This was a lovely office, in and out real quick and great prices on glasses. Would love to know what the new office name is.

Does anyone know where Dr. Evans transfer his patient's records too. I miss Dr. Evans so much. I have a very unique prescription and no other Dr. is as thorough as Dr. Evans was.
