Perhaps this is depending on your insurance, but I found them expensive & very limited selection on frames. Not impressed with the customer service either. Looks like they only cater to specific market and not general population. Bought my glasses from somewhere else.

I have been a patient of Pack & Bianes since 2015 and I have always received outstanding service. Yes, they may be a little more expensive but you pay for what you get. I recently had an issue with a new pair of glasses I bought. I brought the glasses in and an adjustment in the frame of the glasses was made right on the spot, no questions asked. Their doctors are always very friendly and thorough in their eye examinations. I highly recommend this office for your vision needs.

The place is very clean and organized. Their equipment is updated (they don't use that big machine that blows air to your eyes to measure pressure), they have a handheld machine now for that and it doesn't blow that much air but I still felt something, just a little bit LoL. Their staff were very welcoming, this was our first visit with them and we had Dr. Tomika. She was able to see both me and my son at the same time and I'm very impressed with her patience with my 6yo since my child moves a lot. I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Tiffany Tomika.
