My first time at target optical and I was very impressed with the quality of service from all the staff from start to finish. They all made me feel very comfortable with my experience. Will be trying the up&up contacts and giving an updated review.
Aug 25, 2026 I inquired about Nuance Audio. I didn’t like the limited selection but Rachelle Agonaga said Nuance was launching their 2nd edition w/new features & colors. Sept 24, I returned and was surprised Rachelle remembered me, the color frames & the style I was looking for. Although I didn’t make an appt, she took the time to thoroughly explain the features during the demo. I usually get intimidated by new technology, but I felt comfortable with her expertise and she was also very personable and patient. I ended up ordering the 1st edition because the frame was a bit lighter. I can’t wait to pick them up.
Alejandro at the E Lake Otay Lake San Diego store had the best attitude and it takes a lot to please me naturally.. He was very helpful and honest about my choice in eye wear. As a result, I bought a second pair (Okley & Ray Ban).
