First, the dentists and hygienists are amazing and were so caring and explanatory with my kiddo that the appt was super-easy. I’m giving 4 stars because I’ve had two difficult experiences with communication with the office, the first was difficulty checking in for our first appt bc the office had taken patient name and address given on the phone and misspelled everything, as well as not receiving our referral that our primary office had confirmed to have being sent (I would argue misplacing bc the patient’s information was wrong). We love this dentist! The staff are all super friendly. When my son had to get silver caps Dr. Silverstein walked thru each step with him while doing the procedure and let him know superheroes were going to keep his teeth safe from the sugar monsters which he felt good about.
