Michelle M asked my aunt to come in because she needed help, my sweet aunt is a christian and will always help anyone. Michelle presided to tricked her into makeup services, claiming this service was free. Then she presided to ask for money. My aunt agreed to a 10.00 dollar charged, Michelle M charged her card 100.00 dollars. My aunt is 80 years old and can’t understand why a sales woman stills money from kind hearted people. The lady was nice but SUPER SUPER pushy… they almost forcing u to buy the products - that part makes the experience there not good - but I do love my hair extensions so that’s the only reason I can give 3 star without it it would be a 1 star.Service: Hair extensions

Do not purchase any salon items here!!! I work in the mall, and was suckered into the shop by their aggressive salespeople. They sold me a "European Professional Quality" Diamond Collection 3-1 blower brush made by Royale USA of Tampa Beach, Florida. Retail value was $350; I paid $160 plus tax. Upon using the device for the first time, the blower EMITTED FLAMES from the brush. I was TERRIFIED!! I went to the store to return the defective item and after the salesperson tested the item which smoked, she had the nerve to tell me that the only way to return the item was to pay an additional $30 for a replacement!!!
