Royal Bee is a great place to visit. The staff is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. They explain things well and go above and beyond to make customers happy. The facial done by Ann, or sometimes by Rosey or Carmen, is a popular choice. Many customers have left satisfied with their experience and have purchased products that have helped their skin. Products such as creams are also available for delivery to other locations. Overall, Royal Bee offers good service, good products, and a pleasant experience.
Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming, beautiful, and welcoming. Carmen, Citlally, Aaliyah and Jhoanni made me feel comfortable right away and were incredibly kind and professional. My facial was relaxing, refreshing, and left my skin glowing and feeling so smooth. You can tell they truly care about creating a great experience and making every client feel special. Such a great vibe from start to finish — I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to treat themselves!
I went in this evening to the Royal Bee In Chula Vista and my aesthetician was Carmen. It’s the first facial I’ve ever had and it was an incredible experience. Carmen was professional, Kind, And incredibly helpful because she walked me through and talked me through the entire experience. Facial or any other treatment. My experience was so great that I signed up for a membership on the spot and I look forward to my next visit.
Carmen is exceptional in her expertise, attention, and kindness. She responds almost immediately to messages, and is always a caring professional.
