Royal Bee is a great place to visit. The staff is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. They explain things well and go above and beyond to make customers happy. The facial done by Ann, or sometimes by Rosey or Carmen, is a popular choice. Many customers have left satisfied with their experience and have purchased products that have helped their skin. Products such as creams are also available for delivery to other locations. Overall, Royal Bee offers good service, good products, and a pleasant experience.
When I got my facial done at the Chula Vista location Rosey attended me she knew all the productsdid and did a fabulous job great personality I was very happy with the results and my face looks great !!!
Ann is the best! I had a facial done and she was so caring and informative! I've bought several products that have really helped my skin. I mentioned to Ann I didn't like the vinegar smell of one of the products and she was able to find me a product that didn't have that smell. Will definitely go back, highly recommend Ann!
The girls are very attentive and helpful, if they don't have the products in one of the stores they immediately look in the other, I always leave the store very satisfied. I have had Miss Carmen serving me for more than two years, she is very nice to me, it has been a year I went to Nebraska and they sent me my creams there, very good service and very good products, I highly recommend them, greetings and blessings to all who work there
