The guys and gals at NixTermite were quick to respond to my request, and called me within a few hours to confirm and set up my pest control appointment. I was given a courtesy call about 45minutes before the scheduled appointment to confirm who would be arriving and approximately how long the technician would be on the premises. Francisco was extremely professional and polite for the hour is so he was here. While there was indeed a one-time fee for recurring services, the office gals were very upfront and answered any questions I had.

After making 3 appointments for estimates re: termite fumigation, we chose NixTermite to do the job. NixTermite is a small family owned business, and Travis came out to do our estimate. He was professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. The were able to schedule us for the next upcoming weekend, and their quoted price was very reasonable. It's been our experience that other termite removal companies would quote something, but ask you if you receive a more reasonable quote to re-contact them to see what they could do. Well, we like to know that someone's really looking out for me so I don't have to play this back and forth pricing game....read full review

Nixtermite did an exceptional job on our home. Hector the inspector was on time, diligent and explained his findings. Nixtermite did the repairs quickly, and professionally. I highly recommend Nixtermite.
