I haven’t had an eye exam in almost 5 years and this was the most thorough exam I had since I was a kid. She addressed a problem that I had with previous providers and doubled check to ensure her findings were correct. I can appreciate her exhausting every option, most providers don’t have the same level of patience or determination.
Alejandro's customer service was EXCELLENT!! Dr Shamsaee fixed my prescription and provided an explaination for my issue. The eye exam was very comfortable and thorough. Will definitely be going back next year.
