I love it here it's a block from my house. Very serene, very nice atmosphere. The instructors are always helpful and seem to care about us feeling good about ourselves in this place.
Some studios just feel like home and this is one of them! A wonderful small business with deep roots in San Diego (23 years and counting!). The studio offers a wide variety of classes led by experienced, dedicated teachers. It’s helped me hone in on my practice, and I always leave feeling inspired and grounded. I can’t recommend it enough!
I've been practicing at this studio for over 3 years. The teachers are all amazing. This is the only yoga studio that I have attended that actually feels AUTHENTIC. They are community based and you can definitely feel it from the moment they welcome you in!
