“I contacted VP facility services to clean my 2 story home carpet flooring. I had previously reached out to other companies and did not receive a response; some responded to me a couple days later. I reached out to VP facility services And was delighted to get a response almost immediately from the owner Mario. I let him know I had a two-story home with very light colored carpet and specifically stubborn coffee stains that I just needed to get out immediately. (Spilled my venti black coffee )Mario said no problem and came out the very next day. He actually arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected ( love that !) He quickly assessed my home in about 2-minutes and quoted me a great price! I agreed and Mario literally Immediately started the job and began moving furniture. My home has off white carpet , Whom can be tough to keep clean. I really liked how Mario explained which products he was using and what was best to utilize on my specific carpet ( I never realize there were more than one cleaning product for carpet) I am pretty minimal so I didn't have much furniture to move around; Mario took care of that and cleaned my whole home including stairs in about four hours (1300 sq feet) plus drying time. My carpet looks great and the coffee stains are gone! Will definitely be using Mario moving forward! Great value, service , and communication !“
