Absolutely love Refreshing Touch Window Coverings! James came out the same day I made the call pretty much almost after hours, gave his professional presentation regarding my inquiry for plantatioin shutters answered all of my questions and I could not have been more completely satisfied w/ the price and his level of professionalism and cordialness. He kept me up to date on the process and even followed up w/ me on when my paint project would be completed so he could provide a date for installation. Refreshing Touch is the best one to deal with. James was responsive to our call, and was very knowledgeable about the products, answered all our questions, and made the proper suggestions of what we needed. His quote was much lower than the other companies in our area. The installation team was professional, and did a great job. We bought the plantation shutters for two windows, and the quality of these shutters are top notch.
