He explained everything that was going to be included in my service, my golden loved him right away and I felt comfortable and relieved leaving my puppy there, he came back well above my expectations, ramiro did the service how I specifically asked for. “This place is great! It’s a small business & the staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. The environment is great & everyone (customers included) are very friendly. My 3 dogs are now “regulars” here. The shampoo & conditioner that comes out of the machine (along with the water) is great & doesn’t hurt my dogs’ skins even after many baths or excessive bathing. The leave-in conditioner is excellent & keeps my pups soft & great-smelling.

I do have several recommendations for improvement, however — I think I would really appreciate more fencing so as to prevent my dogs from escaping out the front door! Maybe some sort of double-door type situation @ the front door? Also, I suggest that the customers MUST be made clear & fully understand that the RVT’s ear cleaning & nail trimmings are NON-refundable! Many ppl seem to not understand this & then give the staff unnecessary problems (complaints). Since this is a SMALL business, everyone needs to be paid for their labor!!! Even if the ear clean / nail trims aren’t completed!!! Labor is Labor people!!!!!“

“The staff are always friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. The groomer does a great job explaining how the visit went, and the vet is incredibly kind and very detailed. I truly appreciate their patience and understanding with my senior dog who has severe anxiety and my other dog who can be snippy at times. You can tell they genuinely care.“

“We put our 6 month old Doberman in doggy daycare to help her get some good playtime with new friends and burn off the puppy energy. Our meet and greet was awesome...she did well, everyone was so nice, and they explain everything very thoroughly. We were able to look in on her playing with new friends to see if it was something she would enjoy, and she didnt even notice we were there. They have Webcam access thru the app, so we were able to check in on her during her first full day. She made some new friends, played her little heart out, and was EXHAUSTED by the time she got home. Good for her need of a lot of exercise, socializing with other dogs and people, and we know she's being well cared for while we are at work. Highly recommend!“

“NAIL CUTTING: Thank you! Just brought in my elderly female cat of 18 years. She had a nail that was growing down into her paw and I wasn't sure how to cut it myself. It didn't puncture the paw so Lina was able to cut it. Only $12 for nail cutting and super quick. I might just start bringing in my cats for a quick nail cutting from now on instead of doing it myself all the time. I didn't think it'd be affordable, but $12 is perfect for me.

BATHING: I asked about bathing my fat boy cat; but this grooming place requires a rabies shot certification for bathing. I might go ahead and get one for him. He's heavy and starting to become too much for my arthritis.

My dog usually is skittish and lands up expressing her own glands in such situations. The staff here know how to handle pets with care and consideration. She had to have bloodwork and urine done today and she came out in a total of five minutes and wagging her tail! A very different experience compared to visiting past vets. Dr Jang is kind and so is the front staff. A huge breath of fresh air compared to corporate run vet hospitals! I am so grateful to have found this place!“
