“I am hesitant to post this review because it may lessen the availability for my Zoe to be groomed but I can’t be selfish and hold back and cheat other pet owners of a great experience. I love this grooming shop. I have been coming here for years and have never once been disappointed. The service and results are always consistent, and the grooming is impeccable. I really appreciate how the groomer listens to me and is able to translate my wishes into results. The location is clean, organized, the staff is always pleasant, making an appointment is always easy, and the prices are very reasonable! I can’t imagine taking my Zoe, which is a Yorkie to another place because I truly feel the results would be unmatched. The location is a little distance from my home, but it is totally worth the travel time. Five stars all the way.”
“I joined the Dogtopia family this past April, when my partner and I adopted our baby girl, Kaida. We quickly learned that Kaida was not only ridiculously energetic, but she also had some chronic health issues - renal disease, a malformed leg, and deafness. We knew she needed a place where she could be her rambunctious self, but also needed a place where the staff could handle a dog with such health issues. Her trainer whom we wholeheartedly trusted with Kaida's wellbeing immediately mentioned Dogtopia. After the meet and greet with Junior, we were sold. Cameras so we can watch her play throughout the day, continuous enrichment activities, crafts to take home, picture days, safe facilities, and a wondeful staff. Junior, Mercedes, Alicia, Crystal, and Joshua (just to name a few), have gone above and beyond to make sure Kaida stays both happy and healthy. They are accommodating, kind, communicative, professional, and they all genuinely love the fur babies that walk through their doors. If you're looking for a doggy daycare, this is the one.
