I cannot thank the pet smart employee that helped me tonight 9/13/2023 between 8:15-8:34. I came in in a crisis, to be honest. Was greeted politely immediately by this employee - he answered all my questions and gave input in the midst of my confusion and anxiety. I left with my purchase feeling informed, cared for & like I received the best customer service I have ever received at a Petsmart in the 16 years of pet ownership. I didn't get a name- my receipt says "community cashier: 738113" - this employee has a couple of stray rescue dogs that are Maltese mixes and carry around socks instead of toys (from our conversation at check out)! Very nice store, great kind caring staff, very clean and organized , and super kind loving animals mom and dads , training facility was amazing , as a mom dog abc someone who had a sweet male cat for 8 years I have to say Petsmart rocks. Yesssssss always we have great conversation with people in this store, nice vibe good caring souls and precious fur babies waiting for adoption, my dog is blind in both eyes so I spoil her a lot with toys and dresses and goodies and treats each week we buy for FAUNOOS my princess daughter dog, God bless all the animals in this world Amen, we bought two fish from this store that I still have, very nice store

I'm giving this a review a five star as it was my first experience using PetsHotel with this PetSmart location in Yorba Linda. I was recommended by my sister in law as she too also uses PetsHotel with this location. I've read bad reviews and have been recommended by others NOT to use them but at short notice and after researching other boarding companies I felt I was more comfortable using PetsHotel for my pups needs. The person who scheduled the stay was polite and very informative of prices and options for the board. She offered any extra treats for the stay so my pup would stay comfortable.
