I originally planned to have my Tesla serviced at the Tesla Service Center in Santa Rosa, but after dealing with that location it became clear I wouldn’t be using them. Instead, I decided to try the Tesla Service Center in Chico, and I’m very glad I did.
From the start, the team was personable and helpful through the Tesla app while setting up the appointment. Once I arrived, they went out of their way to make sure the entire Tesla service experience in Chico was smooth and positive.

Nice little service center. They took care of my wife's annoying rattle in her passenger door and replaced a leaky taillight.
