I would not take my Tesla anywhere else in Chico Ca. Even AAA does not “currently” approve them as a service center for repair but my insurance agent “ Berkshire Hathaway for commercial business, “highly” recommended me to go there first for an insurance claim “my first”… I go straight to them for service.Just saying…Once and done right the first time every time!The only thing better than having them come to my home and fix and replace filters, tires, etc. in my garage “ I don’t know, because at almost 50,000 miles”, I’ve have zero problems… Also, having excellent coffee first thing in the morning with Anthony! Bought a new Model Y in Rocklin only to get it home and have charging issues. The following day I dropped the car off with the manager at the Chico Tesla office and they scheduled it for repair the following day. The maintenance supervisor Mike replaced the charge port and did a few other minor things. This crew is spot on knowledgeable, friendly and an all around great staff. Total thumbs up for Chico Tesla
