From the start, the team was personable and helpful through the Tesla app while setting up the appointment. Once I arrived, they went out of their way to make sure the entire Tesla service experience in Chico was smooth and positive.
We live about four hours north of Chico, so getting a vehicle serviced means a long trip and often an overnight hotel stay. When you’re already traveling that far for Tesla service, the last thing you want is to deal with poor attitudes, but that was definitely not the case here.
Anthony, the senior service advisor at the Chico Tesla Service Center, is top notch. He genuinely cares about customers and made the entire process easy.
I’ll definitely be using the Tesla service center in Chico from now on. As a bonus, Chico is also a really nice place to visit.“
