Eric and Michael Hart rarely maintain their properties and are extremely inattentive to their tenants. Tenants just seem to be a source of income only. The one time they did show up, they made sure to talk about their mansions in Hawaii that required more maintainence and palm tree trimmimg, obviously more important than the well being of their Chico residents! Do better for your town and legacy! A crack in the foundation of the house we stayed in caused a basement room in our house to flood. I’d inspect that room for mold! Does not treat their own clients and renters with respect - run away! As a local of Chico I cannot recommend enough that you DO NOT support a landlord who does not manage their own properties nor treat their tenants with respect. They are contributing to the negligence that is ruining downtown and should be held accountable.

This window has been broken at my apartment for more than 2 year. I've scheduled a move out, but management refuses to provide an move out inspection, info about where to leave my keys.

These properties are so poorly maintained Eric Hart should be held accountable for criminal negligence.

I'm disgusted by the way this company treats people.
