Scott was VERY thorough and was able to diagnose our issue almost immediately! Luckily it was not a major problem, and he fixed it right away. Even though he was fairly sure that it was taken care of, he spent at least another 45 minutes to an hour checking everything out to make sure we had no other issues. He explained everything very clearly in layman’s language so that I would know what to do to avoid the problem in the future.

Great service from the staff and also from the repair man Steven in a real bind at 106 outside and no air-conditioning came over on time fixed it reasonable price and then also followed up with some advice on the thermostat. Jessica help handle the appointments very well, so I wasn’t out of air-conditioning very long top-notch folks thanks Robert Brown.
