I received quotes from 4 companies and Karrie is the only one who asked if we could meet to discuss the quote. Given that I do not speak HVAC language, I was very appreciative of this offer. She made time on the weekend to meet with me, very clearly explained the quote, and answered all my questions. It was over a month before I reached back out to her. My hvac system failed and the part is on back order, so I have been waiting miserably in this heat for its arrival but once Caitlin heard i was without cooling she acted immediately and had her techs ensure my unit was functioning until the replacement part arrives. Major props to the techs for making it work temporarily and huge shout out to Caitlin for saving the day for me and my doggo. She is a major asset to the Royal Aire company and without her effort i would still be hot and miserable. I cant thank her enough for being such an amazing person and making it a priority that we be comfortable, thank you Caitlin and Royal Aire!
Richard came out to perform a summer inspection of my AC unit and was extremely respectful, professional, and thorough. He clearly explained the system’s readings and whether they were within the proper range. He also reviewed the recommended maintenance schedule, filter options and costs, and correct filter placement.
