Very personable, knowledgeable, and competent person. He fixed our HVAC in good time along with explaining the repair. The repair cost was very reasonable. Day. He spent a great deal of time on a 100+ degree day on my roof accurately diagnosing and testing every component of my system to find the actual fault. He took great care to explain exactly what he was doing and how he was going to complete the repair. Lacy was very friendly, explained to me what she was going to check and do. Then went about her work. The cover for the filters was dirty she cleaned it, looks brand new! The A/C isn't as loud as it was. No idea what she did, but she is awesome!!
