“I just want to say that this clinic was amazing. I flew in from Canada and had misplaced medication, they were so kind and so patient with me when there was mix up at the pharmacies. The front desk receptionist was an absolute doll! She was so kind and so accommodating! & the doctor was also so kind and understanding to my needs. I thought Americans were rude, I was wrong, these people were so kind!!“

NAD can take some time so the girls always make sure I am comfortable and feel right at home while watching my favorite show. “I arrived well in time for my appointment but needed to use the restroom before my test. I have arthritis in my fingers and he lock on the door was much too hard for me to open so I had to get help which made me late for the appointment. I did inform Dr. Wareham about the problem and he said he would check it out.“

“My experience at Lakeside was amazing. I went to the dermatology dept. and saw Nurse Jessica about a suspicious mole. She made the process fun and friendly and I almost forgot why I was there. She removed the mole in less than a minute with no pain. There was barely any wait time at all. I was out of the office in less than 30 minutes. I think the receptionist could have been more friendly and I could have taken a star off for her, but Jessica is a blessing and deserves 5 stars no matter what!“

“Before I found Dr. Dorio, I felt like I was just part of a system that had little time to listen to me and would just prescribe medications.

In the past 3 years, Dr Dorio has helped me by addressing my sleep deficiency from the moment I first saw him. This was a huge game changer in my well-being. I am now off all but just 1 BP medicine compared to 3-4 different medications before. These are just a few of the issues that he's helped me overcome.

He's very personable and his care and "bedside" manner have been "Top of the List" because he listens in his conversations about my health concerns. Surprisingly, he has given me a direct line of connection to him that I can use if I ever need to which he does respond.

Don't be quick to judge his office. Dr. Dorio is the real deal with a breadth of knowledge and wisdom that's rare in today's fast-paced, revolving door, not-enough-time, medical practices. His "time with you" experience is like he's on "Your Time."

His staff and office manager "Rosie" are wonderful, professional, and very helpful. Everything operates without a hitch because of them.

I am so happy with him.

“Ever since COVID TeleHealth has been good enough for me. But recently had to go into the office. I booked with Brandon Leon PA since my Primary was not available. Even being in Healthcare I didn't realize my lack of self-care when Brandon mentioned "its been 5 years, no blood work". Brandon listened attentively while I expressed my health issues. I was impressed of his knowledge on Women's health and how I should proceed in keeping up with my well being. He was also quick to make sure I was aware of the good and the ugly lab results that followed through the next day. Brandon is a pro at what he does and it was such a pleasure to have met him. I have the utmost gratitude for Brandon and hope he continues to make an impact on others. Glad he joined team Northridge. Now I don't have to stress about who's filling in for Dr. Eddy or Dr. G who are both excellent at what they do.“

“I was impressed with several aspects of my experience at Valley Urgent Care. The facility itself was very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff members I interacted with were polite, efficient, and seemed knowledgeable about their roles. The overall process was surprisingly fast, which I greatly appreciated. However, there was one aspect of the visit that concerned me. During my examination, the physician did not check my lungs. This omission was notable given my low oxygen saturation levels. While I appreciate the efficiency of the visit, a thorough examination is always crucial for accurate diagnosis and treatment.“

“I've read people's complaints and they're ridiculous. I've been taking my kids to like 3 of their locations for years, and I've always been seen on time, and the times that it's taken longer than expected it's because it can't be avoided. It's medicine, not a drive thru at McDonald's. I've had to schedule appointments sometimes at 3 a.m., and they responded within minutes. The ladies and Dr's at the offices are very genuine and kind. Today, I made an appointment for my 14 year old at 6:48 am. Without a glitch for later today. I am grateful for kids and teens. As a single father of 3, I can honestly say I am grateful for everything they do for my kids. The staff is really courteous even to the most rude of parents. The Dr's and staff are caring and great. In addition many times at midnight or later I've been able to schedule emergency appointments for early that morning for my kids. Prior pediatricians made me go to the emergency rooms or were too booked. At kids n teens they've never turned me away. They always see my kids in a professional and timely and caring manner. Fact is my son needed his psych meds asap, because there was an issue long ago with acquiring them because of medical issues, I called them up they gave me an immediate appointment, we saw the Dr and she not only helped get his prescriptions but also made other referrals my son so desperately needed that were urgent.“
