They were thorough. Communicated well most of the time. Gentle when putting things in your ears for the testing. And got you in and out at your appointed time. No delays no extra waiting. I would recommend them. No problems at all. They said they would even send the written results to me or email them to me. I didn’t actually take a picture of the sound room that they did it in, but it was a sound room inside of the office room. It was decent size I didn’t feel claustrophobic.
Dr Lam was excellent. Explained the process at each step. End result was explained with graph compared to previous test. I will recommend Dr. Lam to anyone seeking a hearing test.
Overall staff was extremely polite and attentive to my daughters need.
