Granger went above beyond to locate and install a shower cartridge for us. I had to shut the main water valve because I disassembled the shower faucet due to a failed self-help attempt to fix it. Lol. I told Granger that we were “frontiering” with all faucets and toilets. Hearing this, he prioritize our situation and came today instead of Tuesday. He’s an Angel in my view.
