“I had a pretty bad snowboard injury a while back. I fell going backward in the park, caught the back edge of my board, and slammed hard—landing on my butt and whiplashing my neck. My head hit the ground too, but the real problem was my neck. I couldn’t move it at all from side to side for almost two weeks. I tried to just tough it out, but this time I couldn’t muscle through it.

I went to see Dr. Yoo, and honestly, the treatment he did wasn’t something I was comfortable with at first—but as soon as he worked on me, I could suddenly turn my head about 45 degrees each way. It was amazing. He even drew out some bad blood from the back of my head (pretty gruesome to see!), but it worked.

I thought I’d recover fully after that, but two more weeks went by and I was still stiff. I went back, he did the same treatment again, and I gained even more movement in my neck. From then on, I’ve been going to him for every sports injury. I’m still terrified of those needles, but they truly work. I’ll be recommending Dr. Yoo and going to him for the rest of my life!“

“My husband got a bedsore when he was in the hospital two years ago.
