My mom and grandma have been well taken care of over the years by them but we’ve needed their support and help even more so recently after my grandmother was discharged home from the hospital. “Dr. Katherine is dedicated to her practice and her patients in a way that I have never experienced from a medical professional. I came to her when I was 6 weeks post partum, as someone who had a high risk pregnancy, due to a car accident a few years ago that damaged many of my organs. “Brightstar is very professional and all the staff that we had the pleasure to meet were very helpful and kind. Four stars because we did ask for a caregiver without an accent, because my mother has hearing loss. Brightstar still sent caregivers with strong accents. This made it hard for my mother to communicate. That being said, we stopped service because my mother no longer needed care. Should we need this kind of care again we will call Brightstar Thank you for your care and support“
