His estimate was very reasonably priced so we hired his team for a tub/shower and tile surround replacement. Sean personally went to The Home Depot with us and helped us shop for all the materials we needed so nothing would be forgotten, which was a huge relief to me. Sean’s team was able to get started right away, they were honest, professional, respectful of our sleeping baby and our home, knowledgeable, and able to identify (and repair) where our mystery leak was coming from and had the whole job done in less than a week. “We weree camping and passing thru Morro Bay, when I discovered the bike rack on my trailer was breaking apart. Lucky we caught it before the metal ripped altogether. We went to see John Monday morning as soon as he opened, and he worked us in. We discussed some welding repair options. We went to lunch, and when we returned he had it repaired, and made much stronger. We were on our way, very satisfied with John's work. It looks good, and I know I won't have a problem again.“

They were able to work with our schedule and even be considerate of my wife who works nights and has to sleep during the day some days. “We asked Gary to quote us for making good our stucco after we had our external electrical panel relocated recently. He was very responsive and although the job wasn't big, he bid a fair price (his minimum).Because it was a small job, he was able to schedule the work quickly and completed it to our satisfaction in one visit then next day.The attached photo shows the completed work, there was a gap above and to the right of the new (right side) panel. You can see that Gary did a pretty good job of matching the original stucco pattern.Be wary of some companies who will quote an outrageous price just because the job is too small and they don't want the work. One other local company quoted over 5x what the job actually cost us.“

“I reside in an older home in San Luis Obispo. I and my family enjoy our home, however we some serious and what looked to be expensive issues facing us. This involved two separate areas of concrete cracking in our garage and on the side of the house. One contractor told us that the both of these areas would need to completely ripped out and new concrete would need to be poured to repair these issues. I connected with Chris Isler and his crew from CRI & Associates. They assessed the cracked areas and they advised me that concrete replacement wasn't necessary at all and that they could repair the cracked areas to as good as new. In addition to their repair. CRI did an amazing coating over on garage floor (their suggestion). This was a huge upgrade and I have received many complements on their work. CRI also did some other decorative upgrades to the side of the home. The quality of CRI's craftsmanship is outstanding and they saved me thousands of dollars. “I recently had the interior of my house painted by Rogall painting company. Having the interior of your home painted while still living in it can be stressful and daunting, and was honestly something I was dreading to some degree. Rogall assured me that they would do everything they could to make it as smooth and easy as possible, that it wouldn't be too stressful and that they were there to help, and that's just what they did, from start to finish. Rogall as a company was really professional. I dealt with many different employees and they all were great to communicate or work with, and everyone was really nice. Malik was really great helping me pick out my paint color. He was really knowledgeable and he was so patient answering all my questions and explaining things to me. I definitely got overwhelmed with it all a couple times, and he was so calm and helped me problem solve whatever it was. Malik, Jonathan, and Joseph were the team of painters that came, and let me tell you, they were so awesome! Everyone was extremely punctual, they were all hard workers and very thorough with their work. They truly are good at what they do. Jonathon and Joseph painted the majority of my house. Those two have incredible work ethic, are really clean while painting, they stayed later if needed, they were really tidy with all their paint gear they left each day, and both worked really hard, non stop, until the job was done, they were so GREAT!! They all three are extremely professional and worked together like a well oiled machinel! And they were fast! I am really happy with the job they did and I would definitely recommend Rogall.“

“We used this company twice at two different locations. First time in Morro Bay for extra sturdy pet screens that worked great to keep the animals from breaking through the screens. ??

Recently a window leaked every time it stormed. Gale, the owner, came by the house, to check out the problem. He noticed some dry rot near the window and mechanisms needed to be oiled in multiple windows and he took the time to do that and then sent an employee the next day to fix dry rot around the window. The charge was so reasonable and the leak is fixed! We highly recommend this locally owned business! Thanks Central Coast Glass!“
