“We trusted Gannage Construction to complete a major project on our family heirloom ranch house. And we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. The project included a large new addition, a complete kitchen gut and remodel, a retrofit to decades old previous construction that needed new permitting, fire sprinklers throughout the entire house, as well as a large new septic tank. We interviewed other local builders before selecting Gannage. Even though our family has an extensive background in previous building and remodeling of other houses, this job was complex and required a great amount of detailed design that we felt Gannage was capable of providing. The entire team at Gannage, from Mikhail on down to their talented designer and on-site personnel were capable, responsive and committed to making our project a success. And the kicker is that this project also had a hard deadline! It had to be done by Christmas to accommodate the 32 people from 4 generations of the family that would be there for a week celebrating the holidays. Yes, there were small setbacks and challenges, like on any job, but Mikhail and his team always came through with their tenacious problem-solving skills. They were always fully dedicated to making this project a success and it showed. They were just as invested in seeing our family enjoy the holidays in our newly remodeled house as we were.
