“I reside in an older home in San Luis Obispo. I and my family enjoy our home, however we some serious and what looked to be expensive issues facing us. This involved two separate areas of concrete cracking in our garage and on the side of the house. One contractor told us that the both of these areas would need to completely ripped out and new concrete would need to be poured to repair these issues. I connected with Chris Isler and his crew from CRI & Associates. They assessed the cracked areas and they advised me that concrete replacement wasn't necessary at all and that they could repair the cracked areas to as good as new. In addition to their repair. CRI did an amazing coating over on garage floor (their suggestion). This was a huge upgrade and I have received many complements on their work. CRI also did some other decorative upgrades to the side of the home. The quality of CRI's craftsmanship is outstanding and they saved me thousands of dollars. I believe the value of our home was increased more than the cost of CRI's repair. Thank you CRI & Associates!“

“I had reached out to Shaun last year about house painting and re-roofing. I needed someone to be turnkey for me as I have been too sick to do even daily routines. He was so kind. We set up a date, but when I needed to change it to this year... he was so a-ok with whatever I needed to do. Shaun is kind, knowledgeable, prompt, and flat out knows his stuff! An amazing individual! For the pictures below... I realize these "beach colors" are not for everyone, but I wanted you to see the ragging detail as well as the prepping detail. Just amazing! The last 10 days his crew have been prepping and painting the exterior of our home. When I wasn't happy with one of colors "I" chose... no one bat an eye. They just primed over it and repainted until I was happy. And when I changed from painting to rag painting the walls instead... I was stunned to realized how talented his crew was. They did a better job of ragging than I did some 19 years ago. LOL His crew spent so much time prepping my home for paint. They arrived early and one of them usually left after 6pm when he made sure the cleanup was complete. With the prepping, windows covered in plastic. Nested birdhouses removed a safe distance. Cams safely covered. Etc. They did so much more than even I would have (and I'm pretty picky!) This is just an example of the detailed care Shaun and his amazing crew did for my project: They had taken down one of my cams (and covered 2 others) prior to painting. The main wonderful person had taken photos of literally everything on/around our home, prior to starting my project. Then later yesterday, using those same pictures to guide him in putting things back. And look how he used his picture to aim one of my cams perfectly!! Two other cams got tweaked during covering them. But due to his pictures... he re-adjusted them all perfectly!! And he replaced my porch artwork perfectly! It's these little touches that I didn't realize would be important to me. Yet they touched me so much!! COMPETENT, friendly, helpful, thorough, efficient, TALENTED!!! I LOVE SHAUN AND HIS CREW.“

“We hired Chris to do new siding & windows as well as remodel a bathroom for us. He and Andrew are both very skilled craftsman and are really great to work with. They were able to work with our schedule and even be considerate of my wife who works nights and has to sleep during the day some days. Also, we have a house that was built in 1946 with multiple additions after, so patience was key in getting past problems as they arose. I would definitely recommend Chris for any job, we're extremely happy with how our house turned out.“

“We asked Gary to quote us for making good our stucco after we had our external electrical panel relocated recently. He was very responsive and although the job wasn't big, he bid a fair price (his minimum).Because it was a small job, he was able to schedule the work quickly and completed it to our satisfaction in one visit then next day.The attached photo shows the completed work, there was a gap above and to the right of the new (right side) panel. You can see that Gary did a pretty good job of matching the original stucco pattern.Be wary of some companies who will quote an outrageous price just because the job is too small and they don't want the work. One other local company quoted over 5x what the job actually cost us.“
