“My experience at this facility in Palm Desert was absolutely fantastic from the front desk checking you in the two ladies there were so sweet and very nice and helpful to the gentleman that was The Nurse. I don’t know what his name is, but he was very cordial and excellent as well. I went to the urgent care in Palm Springs and was misdiagnosed. Then I went to an ER in Burbank and misdiagnosed however yesterday after having an issue for over a month I was diagnosed by Dr. Heather. She was absolutely amazing. She gave me a prescription that worked immediately and I probably had one of the best days or nights sleep and no pain in over a month and a half. Great great great facility great great Dr. Heather she was awesome.“
