Whomever this may concern, This is Laurel Largent. I went to urgent care in Palm Desert on Monday and had an absolutely fabulous experience with the staff and especially with Doctor Cozi. I had several health challenges going on and couldn’t seem to get the right care or medicine, but Dr. Kazi gave me everything I needed right then and there and even went to work to obtain about five items that I needed by picking up the phone and making a phone call to his secretary, regarding sending things to people who needed to know. Dr Kazi and his staff are the caring and thoughtful group of individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. Through their thorough and sincere level of care and concern for my health, they found a rare disease in me that has now been in remission and I am doing well. Without them I would probably be dead by now. Dr. Kazi and his staff are the best group of medical professionals that I have ever encountered in my entire life.

My late husband, Ronald, and I have been patients of Palm Desert Urgent Care for approximately 14 years. The care we have received has been consistent and we have always been seen when we called. We've never had to wait for several days to get in for an appointment. Dr Kazi or one of his Nurse Practitioners, take time to explain what we are being diagnosed with and what we need to do to get better and what needs to be done to overcome our illness and back to our daily routine.
