“First time visit. Staff was very nice and helpful especially after I learned i was out of network insured. I felt Dr Katan was very thorough and after examining me had more test performed as well as a call back to dilate my eyes. I appreciated his interest in learning more about my symptoms to get answers on current eye issues. I found his approach to be both holistic (home compress regime) and supported with prescription drops. A good blend of for modern medicine doctors.
Shy of one star only because I was informed that I was out of network, but in fairness, I was given a next day appointment so that is at the same time also understandable.”
