Great experience with Acuity Eye Group on Monterey ave in Palm Desert yesterday! I arrived early and they took me right in. It looks as if they have updated and freshened up their office space with better lighting and paint so it felt bright and cheery. The staff that I worked with where all friendly and kind and efficient. I was in/out in no time for a retina follow up. Great service and staff! I would highly recommend this Group.
My appointment was on time and I am very pleased with my overall experience. I visited the eye glass department and ordered a new pair of glasses. The lady also adjusted the glasses I have now and finally they fit correctly. Very professional.
