I have to say wafaa,val, Miranda and Angie made our day … First time at this location. We walked in was greeting with kindness and respect…All of these Girls were so polite and professional in their work . .. we got such a great deal no pressure sales . They aloud us to keep looking as long as needed to find the right frames for the glasses than preceding to suggest options on the lenses .. well we were at another eye vision eye clinic they wanted close to $700 with $300 of it paid by insurance that was $400 out of our pocket .. way to high .. I flew here from South Carolina for work and ended up having an emergency with my contacts. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the amazing Wafaa. She assured me she could handle my problem and she did just that. God bless that woman. I will definitely be coming back! Her customer service is out of this world.❤
I just have to say I came in for an adjustment to some additional glasses i got way back after the manager said it’d be no problem and I just have to say that guy is a beast. He was alone with the no help and still was able to help out a PACKED room of customers. not to mention answering the phones and keeping a consistent pace to ensure we were taken care of. SHOUT OUT TO LASANE!! if you want an office who really puts the BEST in americas best go to the lasane & the rest of the palm springs team!!
