America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

My new prescription glasses broke when I sat on them whilst playing golf. I rushed to the first eyeglasses store, which happened to be America's Best in Palm Springs. It was Black Friday 2023 and the staff were extremely friendly. They fixed my frame perfectly and told me I did not have to pay for it. They went to a lot of trouble to get the arms of the frames perfectly parallel and straightened out. I highly recommend them.

Even though I was from out of town and did not make my original purchase, Nicole was super kind and fixed my glasses for me for no charge. Very grateful for the outstanding customer service. Thank you Nicole

All the ladies were Great! From the greeting we got from Trudie, 5 Stars and 5 Attaboys. To the eye glasses my wife and I ordered. Nicole was very helpful and helped me make the right choice. 5 Stars and 5Attaboys! Val was Super with my wife's order as well. 5 Stars and and 5 Attaboys. All of these ladies were very well trained in Customer Service skills. All 4 ladies are great ?. Trudie, Nicole, Val and Valeria. It's team work like these ladies share that truly makes America's Best,America's Best. Thank you ladies.
