“I've been seeing Eli since my first time getting waxed in 2011! She is quite amazing and is an incredible person. She'll make you feel comfortable right from the get-go. ESPECIALLY if it's your first time. The conversations you'll have are so natural and genuine. Availability is always a little tight since she's a one-woman business, but she is quick and efficient, so able to fit more clients. I've been seeing her for years so it's nice to go in, catch up, and update each other on our lives. The parking on premises can be a little eh but I get over it. Overall - I LOVE THE WOMAN and I highly recommend her.“

“What Youngji has done for my skin has helped me 100000x more than any dermatologist! I have extremely sensitive and dry skin with awful eczema flare ups on my face. She took her time to give my skin deep hydration and calming it needed. My skin problems have disappeared since I’ve seen her so I’m incredibly grateful. I’m no longer in pain and I don’t feel as self conscious about my skin anymore. The facial itself was also so relaxing I never wanted to leave lol. My skin has been saved just from one session so I can’t imagine what would happen if I got regular facials from her every month… I’d probably have perfect skin! I’ve had Traci before, who was very skilled and knowledgeable but unfortunately talked throughout my entire session, even when I mentioned I’d had a very long day and WEEK. “Let me start by saying that I'm extremely picky and more so when it comes to facial treatments. I was skeptical of trying facials again since I have very sensitive skin and had allergic reactions to products used at other places in the past. However, my skin was in desperate need of some TLC and I decided to give it another go here given this place's glowing reviews and claimed experience with sensitive skin. I am so happy I did. I have come once a month for about half a year and am seeing great results without any allergic reaction. My skin is so much softer and my makeup goes on so much more smoothly. I have less breakouts and smaller looking pores. I even go without makeup now, just a little powder and get compliments! Iliana is extremely attentive and knowledgeable. She does a thorough assessment to customize the treatment for my current needs each time and then explains what she is doing and why. I've been getting the Microdermabrasion Facial with Impurities Extractions which starts with steaming, which is one of my favorite parts, and includes use of her diamond tip tool during microdermabrasion. She's a true professional with deep skin expertise that really cares about your skin being the healthiest and best looking it can be. I love that she offers up advice on what I can do to take better care of my skin in between sessions with helpful tips and tricks. The place itself is convenient, cute and relaxing with calming scent and music during the treatment that makes this hour I spent on self care the perfect respite from my busy day to day. I highly recommend Iliana's services.“
