Maple Day Spa is my little escape from reality—got the best deep tissue massage there last Tuesday, and I swear my stress melted away like butter on a hot day! Definitely coming back for more of that magic.
I tweaked my back and walked in lopsided and in pain. Lucy gave me a massage and it was fantastic! I left standing up straight and pain free. The massage was different than any I've ever had before...over the sheet and then under. I loved how she kept going back and redoing each side. 60 minutes is the perfect amount of time. Plan on making this my go-to. Maple day spa is calm, quiet, and clean. The table is sturdy and plush. The 1 hr massage is a great price and high quality. This spa uses more shiatsu techniques (compression over the sheet) but also works directly on the skin after that. I have felt great each time I left and had a pleasant experience! Lucy was a great person to receive bodywork from.
