Our real estate agent referred SPC to us. They were prompt in getting out to do assessment for termites and dryrot and sent the report quickly. We hired them to treat subterranean termites and some other issues , such as reset a toilet that was at RISK for developing a leak since it was not quite secure enough. There was no evidence of a toilet leak at that time. They also recommended replacement of a shower door sweep that was brittle and at risk of leaking. Although their report process was satisfactory, the repair work was not. The termite work required drilling some holes in concrete areas near the house, injecting an insecticide into the ground then refilling the holes with the cement dust and a cement binding compound. It looked fine when done. Some weeks later, we had some power washing done and the filling of the holes totally washed away. SPC came out to fix that and agreed it should not have been compromised by the power washing. The toilet reset seemed fine in this minimally used bathroom. However, within a month of new tenants moving into the house, they reported a small leak at the base. We hired a plumber to reset the toilet for a leak that developed AFTER SPC reset the toilet that had not previously been leaking. The shower door sweep replacement, according to SPC inspector, should have been a quick and easy fix. But, the worker they sent to fix it was unable to do it after spending a considerable time on it. I cannot recommend Sunrise Pest Control.

I have been with Sunrise Pest Control for many, many years now. I have been very happy with their general pest services. They come by every other month to spray my house...I have little ones that play in the yard, and I don't need to worry about spiders, ants, fleas, etc.!!! The technician is always friendly, and thorough. I'm so thankful for their reasonably priced service!

my real estate agent referred me to sunrise pest control and i'm so glad he did! i needed to have an inspection before selling my house to make sure there were no problems. i spoke to don to schedule an inspection and they were able to send someone out the next day. bob came out for the inspection and he found lots of dry rot (yikes!). he said i needed to replace the siding and the trim. i was scared to find out how much it would cost but it was surprisingly affordable. the crew came for the repairs in just a couple days, they were fast and very professional! i'm very happy with the repairs and would definitely recommend sunrise pest control!
