“This is a full service real estate office for a very reasonable price. I had listed my home for about 2 months last fall with a different realtor and didn't sell. The other realtor was not willing to do open houses and was not really overly helpful in scheduling showings that were considerate of my work from home situation. I got burned out pretty quickly with that and cancelled my listing.This spring, I decided to try out Help U Sell. I had driven past and seen their office many times, so decided to give them a try. Tom handled everything very different, in a good way. Very professional and courteous and I felt like he really had my best interests at the forefront. He also did professional photos of my home and took care of everything - including doing an open house that first weekend...only my house sold in two days and we didn't need the open house! I was thrilled and I got an offer over asking price as well. He was also very helpful in grouping showings that made my work-life and life in general so much easier. Even after the sale I received top notch service. It turns out that with my own purchase, the seller's bank never released the lein and Tom made sure our Title company handled it all. When I listed it in the fall, i was asked who the other person was who was listed as owner (the seller!) and no one could figure it out and correct it.
