PULSE HVAC Services provides expert heating, cooling, and air quality solutions. Paul and Boris came by at 6 PM on a Friday evening to help get the air conditioning system running again. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and respectful of the home. Their communication was great, and installation turn around for a full HVAC replacement was crazy fast. They provided same day service, which was a huge help. The technician clearly knew what he was doing, being very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They provided five different quote options for a heat pump replacement, clearly explaining each one. The pricing was competitive and great, and they helped secure available rebates. No complaints with their services. Highly recommend!
If only other local companies in the Sacramento area had the integrity to implement and actually demonstrate the same customer service policy and skills that I just experienced with Pulse HVAC Services life would be a little less stressful. I’m currently dealing with a local landscape company that I paid $100,000 to for a landscape makeover of my front and backyards. Even after filing a complaint with the local Better Business Bureau this company still refuses to honor the warranty that promises the free replacement of plants and trees that died during the first 90 days after planting. We had a great experience with Pulse Hvac services. Their communication was great and installation turn around for a full hvac replacement crazy fast. No complaints with their services.
