“About six years ago, my friend and I hosted an engagement party for my daughter. She had her dress altered here and asked me to pick it up before closing the day before the party. Of course, in the chaos of party prep, I completely forgot—and realized it after 5 pm when the store was already closed. I panicked.

I looked through the window and saw the husband and wife sitting in the back of the shop. I ran around to the back and practically begged them to let me get the dress. They were unbelievably kind and opened up just so I could pick it up after closing.

Thanks to them, my daughter had her dress, the party was beautiful, and a potential disaster was avoided. I will always be grateful for their compassion and understanding. This is the kind of kindness you never forget. Highly recommended!“

This is a small mom and pop operation so they work extra hard to earn the trust of their customers, and they have my earned trust! In a day and age where customer service is non existent, it feels amazing to be treated like a valued and appreciated customer! They are new owners! “This was my first time coming to a laundry mat. It was very clean on the inside and the machines looked brand new. It was very easy to navigate. There are vending machines with products in case you forget anything. There are TV’s and wifi available in case you have to wait.

Only note - I would recommend to pay with coins instead of card as some of the prices listed on the machine didn’t match with what I was charged.“
