I started coming to JumpMD in Capitola because my husband has been doing so well with them (lost 80 lbs) & doing so well over the years. I had gastrointestinal issues / really bad stomach issues and body felt horrible but my reg. GP didn’t help me. I came here and we did a property blood panel and found issues that we are trying to get me into health range. It’s only been 3.5 weeks but my diet has changed and I’m learning about what my body needs. I’m getting back into fitness as it’s not the same as 10 years ago.
Our bodies change and we need to consider food/mind/fitness connection and I’m slowing working on these things with their coaching. The nutritional couching is short and there is a weight-in which is depressing for me right now, but hopefully with my new nutrition habits it will pay off.
Loving loving this Jazzercise class, and all the instructors!! I had been wanting to try Jazzercise for years and never went for it. I wish had joined sooner. The workouts are fun, and really get my heart rate going and muscles working. The workouts can be modified to fit your level of fitness and you can easily build up your stamina and strength. You definitely feel like you’ve had a great workout at then end of each class. The instructor never make you feel bad if you can’t keep up, but encourage you to try your best, while helping you improve form and function. I had gone to a few in person classes and everyone there is warm and welcoming. However, I have found the live streaming of classes to work better for me. It is a good option if you don’t have the time to drive to class, or just want the privacy of your own space. The different instructors are wonderful and I love how they keep you laughing and engaged with their commentary, singing and encouragement! If you are on the fence, definitely just go for it! You won’t regret it and will be healthier and stronger for it!
I got a facial with Lizzy and it was so wonderful. I felt very cared for by Lizzy and she had a lot of knowledge and patiently answered all my questions about my skin. I also loved the relaxing atmosphere of her space. After the appointment, I had a question about aftercare and she was available and responsive to give additional guidance. I definitely recommend her. Thank you so much, Lizzy! I plan to return soon!

The haircut was top-notch, and I loved the attention to detail, definitely one of the best cuts I've had in a while. I appreciated the laid-back atmosphere that made the whole experience enjoyable. Plus, the music was on point!

Faust is my new favorite local salon and Phil is my hero!! He helped color correct and added gorgeous highlights after I decided to take my hair color into my own hands (oops!) He’s an incredibly talented stylist/colorist and I imagine all the stylists there are equally talented — As others have mentioned, the atmosphere is really positive, lovely and relaxing. What’s more, Scott and Phil are genuinely caring humans. I cannot recommend this business enough.
In a somewhat risky move, I booked an updo appointment with a stylist I'd never met on the morning of my wedding, hoping for some simple curls and help pinning a hair vine to look like a headband.
Melody did an amazing job, went above and beyond, and my hair stayed beautiful all night. She got both of my hair accessories pinned in securely and I didn't have to worry about anything falling out even though I danced all night.

The whole neighborhood lost power and Thania still managed to give me an amazing manicure under the light of our cell phones. Would highly recommend.
The place was clean and nice. The ladies there were very polite and friendly. My girlfriend took me for my birthday and we both enjoyed it. Got a pedicure and she also got her nails done. The massages were excellent. Feet and hands felt relaxed. Very happy with the results and the professionalism.

Kendra is my normal go to for color and cut (and she’s VERY good at both!) But I recently had a weird issue on my scalp. I thought it was dandruff in only one spot, but it wasn’t. Because of her training, Kendra knew immediately what it was and she cleared it up with the application of products and her handy dandy machine, and sent me home with some product to make sure it was finished correctly.The treatment also left my hair super soft and shiny.. more than normal.Kendra is also a great human and a very kind soul. ?Services: Blowouts

I waited to post because I wanted to see the full results of the TRT therapy they offer at the office. I started the therapy in July. I hadn’t even noticed, but I am no longer wearing my compression sleeves on my feet and I recently went to Disneyland and walked about 17 miles a day. On the second night my feet barely started feeling sore. I was skeptical about the TRT but not anymore. Definitely worth the investment.
Went to see Dr. Quinn with an as yet unresolved neurological problem. He evaluated me thoroughly and concluded that he could not help at this time since the neurological problem needed to be resolved first. He was kind, personable, thorough, respectful and conservative in his evaluation and approach. He spent half an hour with me, and despite my wanting to pay him, he insisted that he didn't do anything and waived payment. It is rare to find this and I want to thank Dr. Quinn for his kindness and generosity. With gratitude, Yvonne.

Lisa is incredible!! Her massages are firm and relaxing. Been visiting her occasionally for about a year. I've had a couples table massage, a foot massage, a chair massage targeting the upper back and shoulders, a sinus massage and I've not been disappointed with any of these services. I always feel amazing when I leave her establishment. She also showed me stretches I can do after I mentioned having some hip pain. I'd recommend her over and over!!
Just got a massage here by Winnie, she gave a relaxing massage and found all my problems areas instantly. She definitely worked on my knots but I left relaxed and not in pain. Her space was clean and comfortable, with heating pads on the tables, hooks for personal items, and soft calming music. I will definitely be back again!

After my 1st amazing massage by Micheal I had to come back! I live in San Jose and definitely does not compare to other massage spa that I’ve gone to high end or not. I get the 2 hr full body massage and well worth it! Michael is very consistent on his pressure and he makes sure both side of my body is balance. Yuval is absolutely incredible! He is so knowledgeable and always seems to have a 6th sense as to what's going on with an injury. He understands my MRI findings and also incorporates what I'm telling him I'm experiencing with my back pain and creates his treatment plan based on all of the information and symptoms. 10 years ago I was scheduled for back surgery with a local neurosurgeon and was advised to get a second opinion at Stanford. The Stanford surgeon recommended acupuncture for 6 weeks and then he would reevaluate the situation. Thanks to Yuval I never had the surgery and was back to normal active life in less than 3 months. He is always positive and optimistic and super encouraging, which is so helpful when you're in pain. He's helping me now with a re injury and has done an amazing amount of work to help me heal. I just can't say enough good things about Yuval! I trust him with my life and would give him 10 stars if I could!
