Another company that we used through insurance previously had tried to fix our fridge and the difference between the 2 companies was night and day. All American was prompt, professional, friendly and diagnosed and fixed the issue within a couple hours. The other company dragged it out over 2 weeks and didn't even completely fix it. We paid 4x more this way, but worth it and still much cheaper than a new fridge!“
